By booking an appointment with Hibiscus Teeth Whitening, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. This pre-payment will be applied to the total cost of your service.
2. Lateness Policy
Please notify me via DM or text if you are running behind. To ensure quality service for all clients, appointments will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if you are more than 20 minutes late.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum 48 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeit of your deposit.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your results, please advise us during your appointment as no refunds will be issued once you have left the studio.
5. Allergic Reactions
Please advise us before your treatment if you have any allergies. Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions. In the event of a reaction, a GP clearance will be required before any future services can be performed.
6. After Hours and Short-Notice Appointments
Special requests for appointments outside of regular hours are subject to an additional $25 fee.
7. Post-Service Concerns
If any issues arise within 24 hours of your service, please contact us immediately. This applies only to clients who have strictly followed all provided aftercare instructions.
